Victorian Junior Doctors Class Action

Gordon Legal, together with Hayden Stephens & Associates, have filed a class action on behalf of its clients, including ASMOF Victoria alleging that Victorian Health Services failed to pay Doctors in Training for their un-rostered overtime.

It doesn’t cost you anything to register.

You can register your interest if you have worked as a Doctor in Training in Victoria at any time since January 2015. Your registration will be confidential.
